It's a sweet thing!

Hey everyone! It's Wednesday and guess what that means!?!? Another fabulous card for the 2 Cute Design Team Blog! This has to be one of my favorite digis. It is so sweet! Love the little penguin! I used clear craft plastic as a card base. Then I colored and cut out the digi. I added lots and lots of stickles to make it really glisten! The inside is paper from Echo Park.
